El primer ministro británico, Keir Starmer, y el presidente de Estados Unidos, Joe Biden, han reafirmado “su apoyo inquebrantable a Ucrania”, aunque mantienen por ahora la política de restricciones al uso por Kiev de misiles de largo alcance en territorio ruso, el principal tema del encuentro.

Contexto. Ucrania empezó en verano una contraofensiva en la provincia rusa de Kursk, pero el ejército de Putin está recuperando los territorios.
