Sin Ucrania ni la UE: las conclusiones del primer encuentro entre Estados Unidos y Rusia

Estados Unidos y Rusia aún mantienen posiciones “lejanas” sobre el fin de la guerra en Ucrania. Es la conclusión a la que llegaron el ministro de Exteriores ruso, Serguéi Lavrov, y el secretario de Estado de EE UU, Marco Rubio, tras reunirse ayer durante cinco horas en Arabia Saudí con el objetivo de iniciar las negociaciones que pongan fin al conflicto.

Los próximos pasos. En su encuentro, Estados Unidos y Rusia acordaron nombrar equipos de alto nivel para iniciar las negociaciones que busquen una salida a la guerra.
