El juez cita a declarar a Begoña Gómez: ¿por qué ahora?

El juez ha llamado a declarar como imputada a Begoña Gómez, la esposa de Pedro Sánchez, el próximo 5 de julio. La investiga por corrupción y tráfico de influencias a raíz de una denuncia de la asociación ultraderechista Manos Limpias, que acusa a Gómez de mediar para que se concedieran ayudas públicas a empresarios con los que trabajó.

¿Tiene sentido que la cite ahora?

Los testigos declararán el 16 de junio. El juez no ha esperado a escucharles antes de citar a Gómez.
Da el paso pese a que la Guardia Civil concluyó que no había indicios de delito.
La citación llega en la recta final de la campaña para las elecciones europeas (son el 9 de junio).

¿Podría afectar a los resultados electorales?

Sánchez critica en una nueva carta a la ciudadanía que la decisión del juez puede condicionar la campaña. El PP exige la dimisión del presidente.
No está claro el efecto electoral: reactiva la campaña del PP, pero al mismo tiempo puede movilizar a la izquierda.
